Frequently Asked Questions

As a guideline, 2–4 weeks ahead works well for most events. For peak dates (exhibitions, product launches), earlier is better to secure your date.
The standard rate is €150 for the first hour and €130 for each additional hour (minimum 2 hours). Travel is €40 per 100 km. All prices exclude VAT. A detailed breakdown is available in the Terms & Conditions.
You'll receive your images in two formats: optimized web size for sharing and high resolution for printing. Turnaround is typically 1–2 business days for standard events.
Yes. Travel within Belgium and neighboring countries is available. Travel costs are calculated at €40 per 100 km from Brussels.
Your date is reserved only after we receive 100% prepayment. After payment, we can schedule a call to align on the timeline and important moments.
